As part of its second anniversary celebration, Nigeria’s fast-growing digital payment platform, Afri Invoice, is putting its customers at the heart of the story — rewarding loyalty and reaffirming its brand mission to simplify payments for businesses across Africa.
The company announced a N5 million anniversary raffle campaign, designed not only to appreciate its users but also to reinforce its vision of promoting digital financial inclusion among Nigerian entrepreneurs.
Over the past two years, Afri Invoice has become a trusted partner for thousands of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), freelancers, and corporate clients, offering tools that make invoicing, payment tracking, and financial reporting easier, faster, and more transparent.
Speaking on the milestone, Founder of Afri Invoice, Mark Odenore, described the two-year journey as one defined by innovation, resilience, and impact.
He said: “When we started Afri Invoice, our goal was simple — to remove the friction that slows down African businesses. Today, we’re not just celebrating our anniversary, we’re celebrating the progress of entrepreneurs who have trusted us to manage their payments and invoices.”
Odenore explained that the raffle campaign reflects the brand’s customer-first philosophy.
“We believe that when our users win, we win. This initiative is our way of saying thank you — and a way to help more businesses embrace digital transformation with confidence,” he said.
The Afri Invoice 2nd Anniversary Raffle Campaign, which runs until December 1, 2025, will reward both existing and new users with prizes including cash awards, solar generators, laptops, smartphones, printers, and free professional business services.
Existing customers active for at least six months will be automatically entered into the draw, while new businesses can qualify by signing up on the Afri Invoice platform before the December deadline.
Odenore highlighted that the company’s innovation-driven culture has positioned it as a leader in Nigeria’s emerging fintech space.

“Afri Invoice has processed tens of thousands of invoices nationwide, integrated seamlessly with the FIRS for e-invoicing compliance, and delivered secure, mobile-first tools optimized for local connectivity. Our goal is to keep empowering businesses to operate efficiently and grow confidently,” he noted.
He further explained that Afri Invoice’s technology is designed to meet the evolving needs of Nigerian businesses, offering multi-currency invoicing, automated payment tracking, analytics, and flexible pricing that supports freelancers, SMEs, and large enterprises alike.
According to him, the next phase of Afri Invoice’s journey will focus on scaling its financial inclusion initiatives, expanding digital literacy, and supporting innovation within Nigeria’s SME ecosystem.
“Our vision has always been bigger than software,” Odenore added. “We’re building a movement — one that helps African businesses thrive through technology, transparency, and trust.”
Through this customer-focused celebration, Afri Invoice continues to position itself not just as a fintech platform, but as a brand championing the future of inclusive digital commerce in Africa.
