Samsung Electronics unveiled its latest flagship smartphones today: the Galaxy S25 Ultra, Galaxy S25+, and Galaxy S25. The company emphasized that these devices redefine the boundaries of mobile technology, offering the most natural and context-aware mobile experiences ever created.
This new series sets a new benchmark in artificial intelligence, transforming how users interact with their devices and the world around them.
Head Product Management, Mobile eXperience, Mr. Stephen Okwara while speaking with the media during the Galaxy Unpacked held on Wednesday said that the Galaxy S25 series represents the first step in Samsung’s ambitious vision to revolutionize how users interact with their smartphones and the world around them. Powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Mobile Platform for Galaxy, he said: “The devices deliver unmatched on-device processing power, enabling enhanced AI capabilities and superior camera functionality through the next-gen ProVisual Engine.”
Okwara said that Galaxy S25 Ultra is equipped with One UI 7.
He explained: “The Galaxy S25 series is designed to provide truly personalized AI experiences. Multimodal AI agents interpret text, speech, images, and videos for natural interactions, ensuring seamless and intuitive user engagement.”

Circle to Search Enhancements: Perform actionable searches on your screen with contextual next-step suggestions, such as calling, emailing, or visiting a website.
Natural Language Understanding: Effortlessly find specific photos in Samsung Gallery or adjust settings using everyday language.
Privacy-Powered AI: The Personal Data Engine analyzes user data securely on-device, tailoring experiences while safeguarding privacy through Knox Vault.
Also speaking, Samsung Group Head, Mobile eXperience, Joy Tim Ayoola, explained that the Now Brief feature enhances productivity by offering proactive suggestions via the Now Bar on the lock screen, delivering a personalized, secure AI experience unique to Galaxy.
She noted that: “The Galaxy S25 series is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy, delivering:
40% Faster NPU, 37% Faster CPU, and 30% Faster GPU compared to previous models.
“On-device processing for advanced AI tasks, including Generative Edit, which was previously reliant on cloud computing.”
Meanwhile, the camera capabilities include: 10-Bit HDR Recording: Default for richer color and superior detail in all lighting conditions.
Low-Light Excellence: Enhanced noise reduction ensures clear and sharp videos, even in challenging lighting.
Pro-Level Editing Tools: Features like Audio Eraser allow users to isolate and remove unwanted sounds, empowering anyone to edit like a professional.
In terms of durability and sustainability, Ayoola stated the Galaxy S25 Ultra is the slimmest and most durable Galaxy S series smartphone to date.
